Acidum phos. Q (Thrice a day) 10 drops in ½ cup of water: Sexual power deficient. Spermatorrhea. Parts relax during an embrace. Glans penis swollen. Semen is discharged shortly after or even before an erection occurs.
Agnus castus Q (Thrice a day) 10 drops in ½ cup of water: Lowered sexual vitality resulting in mental depression. Lacks courage for sexual act. Parts cold and relaxed. Loss of semen on straining. Testicles painful. No erection. Patient has no desire for intercourse and remains sad and sterile.
Avena sativa Q (Thrice a day): Sexual weakness due to too much indulgence; spermatorrhea or mere nervousness. 20 drops a dose in hot water, three times a day.
Bufo rana (Thrice a day): Partial impotence. Premature ejaculation and involuntary ejaculation.
Calcarea carb. (Thrice a day): Increased desire for intercourse. Irritability and weakness after intercourse. Too early an ejaculation.

Orchitinum 3x (Thrice a day) (Testosterone): Sexual weakness in females after ovariectomy or senile sexual weakness in both sexes. In 1x potency this testicular hormone promotes and stimulates normal sexual behaviour and erections by stimulating blood flow to the penis.
Sabal ser. Q (Twice a day) 10-20 drops in ½ cup of water: Sexual desire is lost or diminished in both the sexes on account of nervousness and some sort of fear.
Sabina (Thrice a day): Blood stained discharge between the periods. Tendency to miscarriage. Excessive sexual desire.
Sarsaparilla (Thrice a day): Seminal emissions are bloody. A very bad smell comes from the genitals.
Selenium met. (Thrice a day): Increased desire with decreased performance. Sexual weakness due to thin weak semen which is without smell. Dribbling of semen involuntarily. Irritability after sexual intercourse. Penis relaxes during intercourse. Desire of sex is gone.
Sulphur (One dose daily): Erections are infrequent. Loss of semen at the first contact. Organs cold, relaxed and powerless.
Titanium met. (Thrice a day): Sexual weakness with too early ejaculation of semen in coitus.
Tribulus ter. Q (Twice a day) 10-20 drops in ½ cup of water: Sexual weakness and partial impotency due to over-indulgence and advancing age. Corrects the bad effects of masturbation and spermatorrhea. Very near specific for early ejaculation. 10 drops a dose.
Yohimbinum Q (Thrice a day) 10-20 drops in ½ cup of water: Stimulates sexual desire in both the sexes.
NOTE: The problem of too early ejaculation in coitus should be discussed with the partner openly. Apart from the use of medicines, use of condom can delay ejaculation in some cases. Slowing of movements also helps to an extent. Another method is to have sexual intercourse, a second time, when ejaculation will take longer.
